  • Expansion of Existing Central Utility Plant to nearly double mechanical and plumbing utilities
  • Components Included:
    • Two 1,000 ton water cooled chillers, cooling towers and associated pumps
    • One 12M BTUH heating hot water boiler and pumps
    • Four additional 9.5 BHP steam boilers and deaerator/feed water tank
    • Bulk oxygen yard, nitrous oxide and nitrogen manifolds
    • 20,000 gallon fuel oil tanks, pumps and ancillaries
    • Underground distribution for chilled water, heating water, steam and medical gases to other campus buildings
