Michael Rodgers

Michael joined R&A in 2018 as a Senior Plumbing Designer and advanced to the position of Associate in 2024. Holding an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Technology, Michael commenced his career as a drafter.  Over the past three decades, he has built a distinguished career in the Mechanical Engineering Consulting Industry. He has played a pivotal role in the plumbing design for numerous large and complex projects across various sectors, including healthcare, laboratories, state and federal government, commercial building, military facilities, and higher education institutions. Michael is known for his meticulous attention to detail, client-focused approach, and collaborative team spirit.  His contributions are invaluable to the R&A team.
