S. Scott Crosby, P.E., LEED BD&C

Scott became a Principal of R&A in 2018. As a licensed Mechanical Engineer, Scott has over 23 years of experience involving energy retrofits, upgrades and new system designs within the institutional and commercial building sectors.  Scott has served as project manager and design engineer on various HVAC airside and hydronic systems, with duties involving determination of project scope, project team, provisions for construction documents and construction support. Projects have included mechanical and plumbing system designs for acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, university and college campuses, municipal facilities, commercial buildings, and central utility plants. Using state-of-the-art modeling software and on-site surveying, areas of expertise include interventional radiology and MRI suites, compounding pharmacies, analysis of plumbing and medical gas systems, large central air handler and exhaust systems, and chilled/heating water hydronics. Scott’s in-depth understanding of mechanical systems and his desire to be a trusted advisor to his clients make him an invaluable asset and colleague.
